"Drove here after shopping in Aberdeen, and it was totally worth the trip. We both got the hot steak sandwich with curly fries. Great flavor with a good balance of meat, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and cheese. Only visiting the area, but Steve's was recommended by a family member, so we gave it a try. "If you're lookin for the best sub you've ever had in your life, this is the place to go. I've been to quite a few sub joints and this tops them all! I really wasn't expecting their Philly cheesesteak to be better than Hwy 55's, but it was a no contest. I ended up having to take the other half of it home because the large combo is a more than decent serving. I would suggest putting their special sauce on your sub and their yum yum sauce on your fries. The special sauce kind of has a light horse radish taste and their yum yum sauce is like ketchup with a kick. I haven't had their pizza yet, but I've heard it's definitely worth it. The place seems personally owned and it's a nice little place to sit down and have a meal with a friend. A cool thing to note is the fact that they offer a discount to anyone who works for the state! Give them a try, you won't regret it! 5 star in my book!"
